57mm illuminating rocket

EDePro company has successfully developed and tested 57mm illuminating rocket. This rocket has multiple applications primarily in Naval Operations and Costal Protection such as anti-piracy, anti-illegal immigration, anti-drugs traffic, search and resque and target practice.
57mm illuminating rocket has following technical characteristics:

Total rocket weight ≤ 3.5 kg
Total rocket length ≤ 750 mm
Rocket body diameter 57 mm
Rocket fin diameter ≤ 140 mm

Range > 4km
Descent rate 4 M/sec
Flare output: > 300 candelas
Flare burn time > 70 sec.

57mm illuminating rocket consists of following subsystems:

1.    Parachute compartment
2.    Illuminating candle compartment
3.    Rocket motor case with composite solid propellant grain
4.    Nose cone with parachute deploying mechanism
5.    Rocket nozzle section with stabilize fins

Senior aerospace engineer (designer and/or stress)

  • At least 5 years experience in structural design in the aeronautical field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience of 3D CAD modeling and/or Stress Analysis.
  • Good experience in conception, detail and assembly design.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and associated process of metallic parts.

Junior aerospace engineer

  • At least 1 years experience in structural design in the aeronautical field.
  • Minimum 1 years experience of 3D CAD modeling and/ or Stress Analysis.
  • Some experience in conception, detail and assembly design.

On the 4th International Defense Fair PARTNER 2009 which took place on June 2 -5, 2009, at Belgrade Fair, Serbia, company EDePro presented its complete production range (122 mm artilery rocket G-2000, MLRS GRAD range 40 km, 107mm artilery rocket range 11 km, 155mm hybrid artilery projectile, ALAS rocket system and other) within the exhibit of joined defense industry of Republic of Serbia, under the auspices of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Serbia and under co-organization with the Jugoimport SDPR and the organization of Belgrade Fair.

During summer 2010 was performed succesfule flight tests of ALAS missile and it’s derivation-tactical missile LORANA (LOng RAnge Non line of sight Attack system).

During 2010 was finihsed production and testing of tip jet rotor propulsion system inteded for light helicopter platform.

During 2010 was finihsed production and testing of GNC-4 Guidance, Navigation and Control System for variety applications of flying platforms including LAS missile system. System consists of IMU (two 2-axis RTD gyros and three quartz accelerometers), multi-board computer, and support electronics (power supply, gyro-motor control and thermal stabilization). Multi board computer can be assembled with INS only computer or with autopilot/guidance computer included.

Company EDEPRO proudly present also GNC-3 Guidance, Navigation and Control System.
