Strengthening International Ties 4 March, 2025

The International Defence Exhibition and Conference (IDEX) 2025 has concluded in Abu Dhabi, marking its largest to date edition. This year's event gathered a record number of exhibitors, international delegations, and industry leaders from the global defense sector, solidifying its position as the world's largest defense event.

Among the 1,565 exhibitors from 65 countries, EDePro was one of four companies proudly representing Serbia at this prestigious event. EDePro's participation marked its third independent exhibition at IDEX, highlighting the company's growing presence in the international defense market.

EDePro's stand drew significant attention from industry leaders worldwide, providing valuable opportunities for meetings with business partners, potential buyers, and suppliers. The company showcased its extensive portfolio of 122mm artillery rockets, emphasizing its position as a leading artillery ammunition producer in Europe. Particular interest was shown in EDePro's standout product, the MLRS rocket G-2000, which boasts an extended range of up to 40.2 km with high precision

The company also presented its innovative projects in precision weaponry, jet engines, autonomous helicopters and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), further solidifying its reputation as a key player in the evolving landscape of defense technology. Considerable attention was drawn by our high-performing, cost-effective, and reliable turbojet engine - the TJE-200. With this simple yet modern design among expendable turbojet engines (TJEs) produced today, we offer competitive performance and efficiency.

“First showcased at IDEX 21 in Abu Dhabi, the TJE-200 is recognised as a first-rate engine, comparable to those produced by only a select few global manufacturers. This engine can be used in a wide variety of target drones, cruise missiles, unmanned aerial vehicles and other unmanned systems, and it can be modified in accordance with the client's requirements”, said Goran Memon, EDePro’s senior principal engineer.

IDEX 2025 not only provided a platform for EDePro to expand its international contacts and explore the latest innovations in the defense industry but also reinforced the event's significance.
