Company EDePro, the Eastern European leader in propulsion technology, alongside strategic R&D partner Green Power Turbine Systems (GPTS), has successfully concluded its participation at UMEX 2026 in Abu Dhabi. The joint exhibition served as a hub for intense dialogue with international delegations, industrial partners, and defence experts, reaffirming the company’s position on the global stage.

A Strong Reception for Our Jet Engine Solution 

The showcase generated widespread interest, with the TJE-45 jet engine, the Goshawk mini cruise platform, and the heavy lift drone TANDEM ICARUS emerging as the main attractions. The TJE-45 was lauded for its robust design and reliability in harsh environments, making it a standout. Visitors demonstrated a high degree of interest in the combination of proven technologies, precision, range, and optimised flight profiles offered by these systems - confirming their relevance in modern, complex operational environments. 

Integrated Ecosystems on Display 

Simultaneously, the exhibited airframes from GPTS - VTOL aircraft NEW ICARUS, unmanned helicopter SOKO, and the heavy lift drone TANDEM ICARUS - demonstrated a complete ecosystem of integrated solutions in practice. The display successfully highlighted the synergy between EDePro’s propulsion systems and GPTS’s advanced autonomous platforms.

Recognised as a Centre of Global Expertise 

Beyond the technological display, the fair confirmed EDePro’s international reputation as a centre of knowledge. There was marked interest in the specialised training and educational programmes the company organises for foreign students and engineers, highlighting the brand’s value beyond manufacturing.
