Next-Generation Performance in GRAD-Class Dimensions

The G-2000 Rocket Motor series represents a fully modernised evolution of the GRAD-class propulsion system, engineered to deliver next-generation performance while retaining the original form factor. Built on the legacy of the GRAD rocket motor, EDePro has engineered two advanced variants: the G-2000 RM, delivering up to double the operational range, and the lightweight G-2000P RM, offering greatly reduced mass and length - both made possible through modern materials, precision manufacturing, and rigorous ballistic optimisation.

At the core of the rocket motor design is a high-efficiency single-grain propellant configuration, inhibited along its outer surface and forward face. Two integrated propellant types with optimised burn rates produce a near-neutral pressure profile, minimal sliver, and a high loading factor. This ensures stable combustion, improved energy transfer, and consistent performance across all compatible warheads, including standard, and in-house developed SL, and SL+ warheads. A reinforced steel nozzle with ablative protection and a graphite throat further guarantees long-term thermal durability under demanding operating conditions.

The G-2000 RM delivers extended mission reach without altering external dimensions: 40 km with the standard warhead, 46 km with the SL configuration, and 41 km with SL+. These improved ranges underscore a key advantage - substantial capability enhancement without requiring any launcher or platform modification. The rocket motor’s advanced thermoplastic composite propellant provides excellent energetic output, superior mechanical resilience, and strong aging resistance, ensuring dependable performance throughout its service life.

Complementing the main variant, the G-2000P compact rocket motor introduces a lighter configuration engineered for maximum logistical efficiency. Despite being nearly half the length and mass of the original GRAD-class motor, it maintains equivalent range performance while offering major operational benefits: reduced storage footprint, easier transport, simplified handling, and enhanced adaptability across platforms. This compact alternative preserves reliable ballistic characteristics, making it a modern, practical solution for forces requiring flexible deployment with no compromise in range.
